Celebration Of Life

To celebrate and honor Jacob's life we will host a celebration following the service from 5:00-9:00 PM, at 4524 Garcia Boulevard. Please park on the street in any available spaces without blocking driveways. We ask you to bring any photos of Jacob, and to tell his story in memory of him.
